#MohanThal_Modak. Mohanthan is a traditional authentic gujrati sweet dish. Made with besan ghee and sugar and flavoured with saffron and elaichi.Here I have given a twist by making it in a Mod ak mould . Normally it is supposed to be set in a square dish and cut into square pieces. Usually prepared on festival like Ganesh Chaturthi and Diwali.
