Mocochinchi is a delicious drink made from dehydrated peaches, and is one of the most popular summertime beverages in Bolivia. The peaches are left in water overnight, then boiled with sugar.
STEP 1. boil some water in a pan. remove it from the flame and add peaches to it.

STEP 1. soak them for 1 hour. keep this pan on the stove and add lemon zest, sugar, cinnamon and orange juice to it.
step 3
STEP 1. cook it until the color of water turns rusty. add some raisins to it and cook for another 30 minutes.
step 4
STEP 1. remove this from the flame and chill it in the refrigerator.
