  • 1/2 tablespoon Nooch
  • 3/4 cup Homemade marinara
  • 3/4 cup Tomato sauce
  • As required Salt and pepper as desired
  • 1/4-1/2 tablespoon Nutritional yeast, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon Greek or italian seasoning, or as desired
  • 1/4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon 1 clove of garlic, pressed or granulated garlic
