STEP 1.In a kadai add oil cumin seeds, ginger garlic, green chillies and onion till light golden in colour. add tomatoes till mashed.
STEP 2.Add all the spicy powder, cashew nuts paste and water cooked 10 minutes. And then add blanched vegetables.
STEP 3.And then add corriander leaves, butter and kasthuri methi powder. Mixed vegetable curry ready to serve.
