This is a mixed salad recipe from the middle east, made differently in every country. It is made with innumerable options including pickling. But here i present a raw salad recipe using both black and green kalamata olives, garlic and sumac-a baharat used mostly in the arab countries. Baharat is an arabic word that refers to the word spice.
