Ingredients for Mixed nuts and seeds cookies Recipe
1 tablespoon Flex seeds
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup Walnuts
1 tablespoon Pecans
1 tablespoon Sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds each
2 tablespoons Raisins
1 tablespoon dried cranberries
Directions: Mixed Nuts And Seeds Cookies Recipe
STEP 1.Take 3 tablespoons of luke warm water add 1 tablespoon of flex seeds powder. Mix well and set aside.
STEP 2.In a kadai add almonds 1/2 cup, walnuts 1/4 cup , pecans 1 tablespoon, 1 tablespoons sunflower seed and pumpkin seeds each, 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds. Roast on medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer them to a mixing bowl . Add raisins 2 tablespoons, dried cranberries 1 tablespoon. Add flex seeds mixture. Mix well.
STEP 3.You can add any nuts and seeds of your choice. Take a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Grease with oil. Place cookie cutter on the baking tray add the mixture , press the mixture and give a round shape. Similarly make cookies from remaining mixture.
STEP 4.Bake them in hot oven for 15 minutes @150*. Let them cool down completely. Serve this healthy sugar free cookies
