STEP 1.For making these veg rolls we have boil potatoes. Than make a dough by mixing maida, soda, jeera, 1/2 tsp oil ....mix it well and make a dough by adding water in it and keep aside. Than mesh tha potatoes and mix all the veggies in it . Add salt maggi masala. Make a round chapati from the dough and spread mixture of potato and roll it slowly just like a roller ... than cut into pieces and put toothpick in it . Then deep fry till it turns golden in colour. Sever with mayonnaise or tomato ketchup.
