Ingredients for Mix Veg Curry Recipe

  • 1.50 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 cup Medium sized onion, chopped finely finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup Medium to large tomatoes, chopped finely tightly packed finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder or deghi mirch, add more for a spicy gravy
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 Green chili, chopped finely
  • 1 cup Chopped mix vegetables cauliflower, carrots, potatoes, french beans, capsicum
  • 1/4 cup Green peas , fresh or frozen
  • 3/4 cup Water or add as required
  • As required Salt as per taste
  • 1 tablespoon Cream or malai or 3 tablespoons milk
  • 4-5 Paneer cubes optional
