  • 1 Cup suji
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 1 Packet ENO pouch
  • 1 Pieces Capsicum
  • 1 Cup Onion
  • 1 Cup Tomato
  • As Required For Ganishing Coriander
  • To Taste Salt
  • 2 Pieces Green chilly

Directions: Mix Veg Idli Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak suji by adding curd for an hour . Than cut all the veggies into small pieces carrot, capsicum, onion, tomato. Take a mixing bowl add all ingredients salt green chilly all veggies coriander batter of suji n curd mix it well. Add 1 pouch eno again mix it well. preheat the idli cooker, pour in it and cooker for 15mins . Your veggie idli is ready to eat . Your can sever this with coconut chutney or tomato ketchup Enjoy this healthy breakfast.
