Ingredients for Mix Veg Daliya Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Broken wheat
  • 0-1/4 cups Water
  • 1/4 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 nos finely chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 nos Finely chopped carrot
  • 0.13 cup Matar
  • 1/4 nos chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/4 tablespoon Finely chopped Bottle guord
  • As required To taste salt
  • 1/4 nos Pinch turmeric powder
  • As required To taste red chilli powder

Directions: Mix Veg Daliya Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash and soak daliya or broken wheat in sufficient water for half an hour
  • STEP 2.In a pressure cooker take all above mentioned spices, salt, green chilli and mixed Veggies
  • STEP 3.Add soaked daliya and water
  • STEP 4.Close the lid and pressure cook for 2 whistles
  • STEP 5.Garnish with some chopped coriander and serve hot immediately
