A wonderful dish with the goodness of your favorite veggies. There is no unified set of vegetables that we need to make this recipe. This dish can be prepared with seasonal veggies or with the ones we like. In my case i have used potato, beans and brinjal. Lots of variations can be made to this dish. Hope you enjoy it.

  • 3/4 Chopped brinjal
  • 1/2 Chopped Tomatoes
  • 50 gram Chopped french beans
  • 1/2-3/4 Chopped Onions
  • 1/4 Chopped capsicum
  • 1/2-3/4 Whole dry kashmiri red chilli
  • 1/2-3/4 Slit green chilli
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fennel seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried mango powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
