Ingredients for Mix Veg and Moong Sprouts Sabzi Recipe
1 cup Green moong sprouts
1/2 Pieces Carrot
1/2 Pieces Capsicum
1/2 Pieces Onions
1/2 Pieces Tomato
1/2 Pieces Potato
to taste Salt
As Required Red chilli powder as per taste
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1/4 tsp Garam masala
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Chaat masala
1 Tbsp Oil
Directions: Mix Veg And Moong Sprouts Sabzi Recipe
STEP 1.Take a kadai and add 1tbsp oil.
STEP 2.Add chopped onions and potato and saute till slightly changes in colour.
STEP 3.Add chopped carrots, capsicum, moong sprouts and chopped tomato, salt to taste and all masalas and mix well and cover and cook on low flame till water dries completely.
STEP 4.Serve hot with chapati..
