Ingredients for Mix Veg and Moong Sprouts Sabzi Recipe

  • 1 cup Green moong sprouts
  • 1/2 Pieces Carrot
  • 1/2 Pieces Capsicum
  • 1/2 Pieces Onions
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 Pieces Potato
  • to taste Salt
  • As Required Red chilli powder as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Directions: Mix Veg And Moong Sprouts Sabzi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a kadai and add 1tbsp oil.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and potato and saute till slightly changes in colour.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped carrots, capsicum, moong sprouts and chopped tomato, salt to taste and all masalas and mix well and cover and cook on low flame till water dries completely.
  • STEP 4.Serve hot with chapati..
