- STEP 1.First u ready the besan &rice flour better of pKoras.Make sure the better is not to pour a lot of water.we want a stiff dough here.then mix all the vegetables in this better add some spices.
- STEP 2.Salt to taste ajwain pinch of hing haldi dhani powder red chilli chaat masala
- STEP 3.Heat olive oil in a pan or a kadhai.test by dropping a small dough of pakora oil is heat or not.it should sizzle and come up without turning brown.
- STEP 4.This indicates the right temprature adjust the flame to medium.take small portion of dough your fingers slightly flattern to small portion.
- STEP 5.Serve these pakoras with mint and imli ki khatti methi chutney.
