Missi roti is a rajasthani flat bread made with chickpea flour, green chillies and various masalas. Apply some ghee on top of it and serve hot with a curry.
STEP 1.Take 2 cups of gramflour in a bowl, add 2 green chillies, some corriander leaves, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, turmeric powder, asafoetida as taste, a spoon of kasuri methi, cumin seeds and oil. Mix them nicely. Now keep adding water and prepare a dough.
STEP 1.Take small portions and make spheres.
STEP 1. Dust the rolling plate with some dried flour.
STEP 2.Now roll the balls in desired sizes. Adjust the thickness as per your preference.
STEP 1. Now heat a pan and cook the roti on it. Apply ghee as needed. Press using kitchen towels and cook on both sides.
