Ingredients for Misal pav Recipe

  • 1/4 cup sprout matki
  • 1/2 cup or as needed water to cook Matki
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 0.13 cup finely chopped tomato
  • As required To taste salt
  • 0.06 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.13 tsp garam masala
  • 0.13 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Kasmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp dry coconut powder
  • 0.13 tsp gree coriander leaves
  • 1 nos pav buns

Directions: Misal Pav Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash Matki, Add it to a cooker along with 2 cup water and cook on medium flame for 3 whistles (about 10 minutes).while it cook, make the misal ready.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion fry to golden, Add ginger garlic paste saute until the raw smell goes off.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 4.Add all spices, mix and cook until oil begins to separate.add cook Matki beans.mix well and add more water as needed to make a gravy.
  • STEP 5.Cook on a medium flame for about 5-10 minutes, till oil separate. Add green coriander leaves misal is ready.
  • STEP 6.Add only matki to bowl, Add green chilli and chopped onion. Serve misal pav immediately.
