STEP 1.In a bowl add besan, and all spices and required water and mix well.
STEP 2.Stir the green chilli from one side.
STEP 3.Now dip the chilli in the batter.
STEP 4.In a deep frying pan heat oil and deep fry the batter coated green chillies in oil till they turn golden brown and crispy.
STEP 5.Serve hot mirchi pakoda with sauce.
