A spicy maharashtrian preparation, veg kolhapuri, here i have kept it simple with cauliflower and chilies. The masala is also a cut-down version, but it certainly does not cut down on the flavour or taste!.

1 tablespoon oil and 1/2

2 Cloves
2 Black peppercorns
1/4 teaspoon Poppy seeds
1/4 teaspoon coriander seeds
1.50 Whole dry red chillies
1/2 onions chopped large sized
1/2 tomatoes chopped large sized
1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder and 1/2
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
