Here comes a 'cool' chutney. This chutney gives you room to play around with the ingredients. The fresh flavor of mint coupled with the earthy aroma of coriander leaves and the crunchy taste of coconut, makes a wonderful and tasty medley of flavors. I did not add seasoning to this dish as i wanted to let these myriad flavors, play and calm the senses!.
