STEP 3.Add onion, capsicum, carrot, tomato and mix well
STEP 4.Add all spices and mix well
STEP 5.Take uttapam pan.
STEP 6.Grease with oil. Add mixture on it.
STEP 7.Crisp on both sides.
STEP 8.Its ready. Serve hot
