Ingredients for Mini Uttapam Recipe

  • 1/2 cup suji
  • 0.38 cup Curd
  • 1/2 As Required Onion
  • 1/2 As Required Tomato
  • 1/2 As Required Carrot
  • 1/2 As Required Capsicum
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • as required Oil

Directions: Mini Uttapam Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl. Add curd and suji and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Add half cup water and mix well and keep aside for 10 min.
  • STEP 3.Add onion, capsicum, carrot, tomato and mix well
  • STEP 4.Add all spices and mix well
  • STEP 5.Take uttapam pan.
  • STEP 6.Grease with oil. Add mixture on it.
  • STEP 7.Crisp on both sides.
  • STEP 8.Its ready. Serve hot
