Ingredients for Mini PANCHRATTAN Samosa Tart Recipe

  • 62.50 grams Wheat flour-
  • 12.50 grams Rice Flour-
  • 0-1/4 nos Garm masalatsp
  • 0.06 teaspoon Salt-
  • 0.13 teaspoon Carom seeds-
  • 12.50 millilitres Oil -
  • 62.50 millilitres Water
  • As required For stuffing...
  • 0.06 cup Moong dal
  • 0.06 cup black chickpeas
  • 0.06 cup Cowpea (lobiya)
  • 0.06 cup Peas
  • 0.06 cup Kulthi dal
  • 1/4 nos boiled potato
  • 25 grams Paneerin small cubes-
  • 1/2 tbsp finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 tbsp Raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoons Green chili-
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika-
  • 1/4 tsp Garm masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chaat masala-
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoons Chopped Coriander leaves -

Directions: Mini Panchrattan Samosa Tart Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, add wheat flour, rice flour, salt, carom seeds, garm masala,and Mix well.
  • STEP 2.. Now, add oil, mix well then, add water.
  • STEP 3.. Knead it to make a semi hard dough.
  • STEP 4.Keep aside and rest for 10- 15 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Firstly soak Moong Dal,Black Gram, Cowpea, Kulthi Dal
  • STEP 6.all night, after soaking for 6to 8 hours, boil these well after adding very little water and grind it.
  • STEP 7.In a pan, add oil,chopped green chilli, then add onion and cook until translucent.
  • STEP 8...Add daal mixture.
  • STEP 9... Now, add 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon salt, , garm masala.. Cook and mix well.
  • STEP 10.. Add boiled mashed potatoes and stir well..
  • STEP 11.Then, add paneer cubes, raisins,copped coriander. Mix well.
  • STEP 12..Now turn off the gas and add lemon juice and mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 13.. Take a small ball from dough, flatten it with the rolling pin.
  • STEP 14.Now, put it in the mould, stab it with the help of a fork and remove the extra dough from sides.
  • STEP 15.. Stuff it with the prepared mixture, then cover it with the dough stripes .
  • STEP 16.. Now, brush it with oil.
  • STEP 17.. Transfer it in a baking tray and bake at 400ºF / 200ºC for 40 minutes.
  • STEP 18.Serve hot with ketchup or any chutney 😋😋😋
