Pancakes are an American classic. Breakfast and brunch would simply be incomplete without them piled high and served with syrup, butter, and all of your topping favorites.
STEP 1. In a bowl pour milk, butter, flax seed powder, vanilla essence,honey and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients well.
STEP 2.Now place a sieve over a bowl and sieve all the dry ingredients. Combine the wet and dry ingredients together and whisk it nicely.
STEP 3.Pour the prepared batter in Heat the pan on medium flame and grease it with butter. a bottle or zipper bag.
STEP 4.Now pour the batter and make small drop size pancakes. Cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes at medium flame.
STEP 5.Cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes at medium flame.
STEP 6.Flip them over and cook from the other side for one minute.
STEP 7.Take them out in s bowl, pour some fruits and add milk to it.
