STEP 1.Add 1/2 tsp Salt and 2 tsp Oil in refined flour. Mix well.
STEP 2.Pour little water at a time into the flour and knead into a dough. Medium tight dough is ready. Apply 1/2 tsp Oil on dough.
STEP 3.Cover it for 20 mins.
STEP 4.Meanwhile we will prepare the filling. Pour all the spices one by one in hot kadhai.
STEP 5.Roast them for 1 min. Transfer the spices on a plate and let it cool down.
STEP 6.Now roast the chickpea flour for 1 min.
STEP 7.Grind the spices with salt and dry mango powder a bit coarsely. Transfer it in a bowl.
STEP 8.Knead the dough again. Pinch out small portions from it.
STEP 9.Take 1 ball and roll it between your palms
STEP 10.Put a drop of oil in the centre and shape it into a bowl. Pour the filling, seal and press it. Same way prepare the rest.
STEP 11.Fry the 8-9 kachories at a time in hot oil. The flame should be low-medium.
