Ingredients for MINI MASALA KACHORI Recipe

  • 1.10 cup Refined flour
  • 1/5 Cup water
  • 1/10 tsp Salt
  • 0.40 tsp Refined oil
  • 1 tbsp Chickpea flour
  • 0.40 Pieces Cardamom
  • 1/10 inch Cinnamon stick
  • 0.40 Pieces Cloves
  • 0.80 Pieces Dry red chilli
  • 0.80 Pieces Black pepper
  • 1.10 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/5 tbsp Fennel seeds
  • 1/10 tsp Carom seeds
  • 1/5 A Pinch Hing
  • 1/10 tsp Garlic Herbs
  • 1/10 g Crushed Dry Ginger
  • 1/5 tsp Salt
  • 0.07 Litre Refined oil

Directions: Mini Masala Kachori Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add 1/2 tsp Salt and 2 tsp Oil in refined flour. Mix well.
  • STEP 2.Pour little water at a time into the flour and knead into a dough. Medium tight dough is ready. Apply 1/2 tsp Oil on dough.
  • STEP 3.Cover it for 20 mins.
  • STEP 4.Meanwhile we will prepare the filling. Pour all the spices one by one in hot kadhai.
  • STEP 5.Roast them for 1 min. Transfer the spices on a plate and let it cool down.
  • STEP 6.Now roast the chickpea flour for 1 min.
  • STEP 7.Grind the spices with salt and dry mango powder a bit coarsely. Transfer it in a bowl.
  • STEP 8.Knead the dough again. Pinch out small portions from it.
  • STEP 9.Take 1 ball and roll it between your palms
  • STEP 10.Put a drop of oil in the centre and shape it into a bowl. Pour the filling, seal and press it. Same way prepare the rest.
  • STEP 11.Fry the 8-9 kachories at a time in hot oil. The flame should be low-medium.
