This recipe i referred from chef vikhas khannas "the great indian cookbook". I loved the flavourful roti with a beautiful pattern on it. Goes well with subjis or just raitha and pickle.
Ingredients for Mini khoba roti/rajasthani roti Recipe
2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
0.12 teaspoon Carom seeds
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
2 tablespoon ghee for dough plus extra for cooking roti
0.12 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds roasted and powdered
As required water for kneading the dough
As required Salt as needed
