This recipe i referred from chef vikhas khannas "the great indian cookbook". I loved the flavourful roti with a beautiful pattern on it. Goes well with subjis or just raitha and pickle.

0.17 teaspoon chilli powder
0.17 teaspoon Black pepper powder
0.67 tablespoon ghee for dough plus extra for cooking roti
1/25 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds roasted and powdered
As required water for kneading the dough
