Ingredients for Mini idly Recipe

  • 3/4 Cup Idly rava
  • 1/2 Cup Urrad dal
  • 3/4 Tbsp Poha thick
  • 1/4 Tsp Methi seeds
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Mini Idly Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak urraddal and thick poha and methi seeds for 4hours.
  • STEP 2.Grind it .Let it be in a warm place for 4hours until the batter raises a bit.
  • STEP 3.Keep it for 8 hours nd then add idly rava nd sugar and make slightly thick batter. Once the batter is ready, pour the batter in idli plates. Heat it on medium flame for 15-20 minutes. serve hot with Sambhar or chutney
