Ingredients for Mini chocolate gujia with thandai rabdi mousse Recipe

  • 1/2 cup maida
  • 1 tbsp ghee for moin
  • 50 gm Mawa
  • 0.13 cup shakkar or bura
  • 12.50 g Makhane
  • A Few Cashews
  • A Few Almonds
  • 1/2 A Few Kishmish
  • 12.50 gm chironji and nariyal burada each
  • 25 gm Dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 litre Milk
  • 1 tbsp Thandai powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Sugar powder
  • 1/2 cups Whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup maida
  • 1 tbsp ghee for moin
  • 50 gm Mawa
  • 0.13 cup shakkar or bura
  • 25 g Makhane
  • 25 g Cashews
  • A Handful Almonds
  • A Handful Kishmish
  • 12.50 gm chironji and nariyal burada each
  • 25 gm Dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp Milk
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Cups ghee or oil for deep frying
  • 1/4 litre Milk
  • 1 tbsp Thandai powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Sugar powder
  • 1/2 cups Whipped cream

Directions: Mini Chocolate Gujia With Thandai Rabdi Mousse Recipe

  • STEP 1.Put a vok on flame
  • STEP 2.All dry fruits dry roasted for a while and coarsely grind
  • STEP 3.Keep aside
  • STEP 4.Roast mawa till fragrance comes out and turns pinkish
  • STEP 5.Let it cool down
  • STEP 6.Now mix dry fruits and shakkar in cool mawa
  • STEP 7.Mix well and keep aside , filling is ready
  • STEP 8.For dough take flour in a plate
  • STEP 9.Add moin
  • STEP 10.Rub by hands then knead a medium consistency dough and keep for rest for 15 minutes
  • STEP 11.Then make a big loi out of it and roll down like chapati
  • STEP 12.Cut by cookie cutter small roundals
  • STEP 13.Fill the filling and with the help of water seal it and mould it
  • STEP 14.Deep fry on slow flame till done
  • STEP 15.Remove in a plate
  • STEP 16.Make chocolate ganash
  • STEP 17.Melt chocolate
  • STEP 18.Add milk and sugar
  • STEP 19.Mix well
  • STEP 20.Coat gujias in this and keep in a plate to set
  • STEP 21.Now serve with mousse
  • STEP 22.For thandai rabdi mousse
  • STEP 23.Reduce milk into half on slow flame
  • STEP 24.Add sugar and turn off the flame
  • STEP 25.After completely cooling down add thandai powder and mix well
  • STEP 26.Now fold in cream
  • STEP 27.Mousse is ready to serve
