I dont know about you, but no matter how sophisticated my palette gets, ill always be a sucker for big macs. What can i say? Even though i know they are terrible for me, theres no denying how delicious they are. However, my waistline doesnt love stopping for fast food too often, so i experimented with a recipe to see if i could come up with something just as good to make at home.
