Ingredients for Mini Bhaja Puli With Rabdi #BSK Recipe

  • 1/2 Pieces Coconut
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 25 g refine oil
  • 25 As Required Water to knead dough
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Nestle milkmaid
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Condensed milk

Directions: Mini Bhaja Puli With Rabdi #bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl and add maida in the bowl
  • STEP 2.Pour 1 teaspoon refined oil on the flour and spread the oil with your hand across the flour
  • STEP 3.Knead the dough by adding water little by little
  • STEP 4.Cover the dough with a muslin cloth
  • STEP 5.Now put the container with grated coconut on fire (low flame)
  • STEP 6.Add sugar into grated coconut. Stir and cook, till the sugar melts and coconut granules become sticky
  • STEP 7.Switch off the flame and keep the wok covered
  • STEP 8.Place another pan on another hob
  • STEP 9.Heat the pan and heat 1 cup oil in the pan, once the pan is hot
  • STEP 10.In the meantime, take small part of kneaded dough and and add nestle milkmaid ,roll to dough ball, (around the size of a small lemon)
  • STEP 11.Flatten the dough ball to a circular disc (of around 11 cm) with the help of a rolling pin and board
  • STEP 12.Add cooked coconut at the centre of the flattened dough disc as per the size of the disc
  • STEP 13.Fold the dough and seal the edges
  • STEP 14.Fry the Pitha in hot oil
  • STEP 15.Repeat the process for rest of the kneaded dough
  • STEP 16.Rabdi- Boil milk and when reduce to half, add condensed milk and cook till all combines well.
