😋 You must have made many cookies with white flour but today we will make a healthy version of cookies by using rajgira and jowar flour and all other millets....taste as well as health....very tasty in appearance Very crispy and crunchy.... 😋 Calcium, Iron, Zinc, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Potassium, Fiber, Vitamin-B-6 are present in millets... Make sure to try these cookies made from millet once.

Ingredients for Millet Cookies Recipe

  • 0.17 cup jowar flour
  • 0.08 cup rajgiri flour
  • 0.08 cup wheat flour
  • 0.08 cup mix seeds
  • 0.67 nos tbs almond flour
  • 0.17 tsp Baking powder
  • 0.08 tsp baking soda
  • 0.67 nos tbs milk
  • 0.17 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 0.33 nos tbs finely chopped pistachios
  • 0.33 tsp vanilla essence

Directions: Millet Cookies Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all, mix butter and sugar in a bowl and beat it well till it becomes light.
  • STEP 2.🍩 Now put a sieve on it, now put jowar, Rajgiri and wheat flour in it and filter it well.
  • STEP 3.🍩 Now mix baking powder, baking soda, a pinch of salt and vanilla essence in it.
  • STEP 4.🍩 Now chop the seeds a little finely and mix and mix almond powder and add two spoons of milk and knead it like a dough.
  • STEP 5.🍩 Now take a little mixture and prepare cookies with the help of a cookie cutter or lid.
  • STEP 6.🍩 Apply some chopped pistachios and seeds on top of it. Now preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 7.🍩 Now bake at 180 degree for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • STEP 8.Our millet cookies are ready, you can store it in an airtight container for 1 month and use it.
