STEP 1.In kadhai add heat oil on medium flame. Add urad dal, saute as it turns pink. Make tempering(tadka) by adding mustard seeds, cummin seeds, green chillies pieces, dry red chillies, curry leaves.
STEP 2.Add semolina and mix well. Roast on low flame for 10 mins, till pinkish & nice aroma comes out. On other gas flame boil milk and water together.
STEP 3.Pour boiled hot milk + water, salt to taste, on roasted semolina mixture ,mix and cook for few minutes till mixture thickened. Pour ghee on it,mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
STEP 4.Garnish with fried cashewnuts pieces.
STEP 5.Serve/Relish Delicious Milk Upma with hot Coffee for complete Healthy Breakfast.
