1/4 Cups 1 cup milk powder
1/4 Cups Besan
0.38 Cups Vegetable cooking oil
1/4 Tbsp Ghee
0.38 Cups Sugar
0.38 Cups Water

STEP 1.In a mixing bowl add besan, milk powder and oil whisk it well and keep it aside.
STEP 2.In a thick kadai add sugar and pour water.Boil this until u get string consistency of sugar syrup.
STEP 3.Now add the milk powder and besan mixture to this .Mix this well and pour ghee .stir this consistency until the ghee separates the kadai.
STEP 4.Grease the a plate or any kind of mould (i took rose shaped silicon mould ) pour this mixture into the plate or mould.Let this cool and one done demould the Mysore pak.
