  • 20 Betel leaves
  • 3/4 cup toasted coconut
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
  • 0.33 cup dried shrimp
  • 2 thin skinned limes
  • As required Chilies
  • 1/4 cup Shallot
  • 1/4 cup Ginger
  • As required Miang Kham Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dried shrimp
  • 1.50 inch Galangal
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 125 gram palm sugar
  • 1 teaspoon shrimp paste, or more if you like
  • 1 tablespoon 1 0.5 fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoon toasted coconut
  • 2 tablespoon toasted peanuts

  • STEP 1.To make the sauce add dried shrimp to the mixer and mix till fine, then add galangal, ginger, and concerning half the water and mix till fine.
