STEP 1.Mix all purpose flour, carom seeds, maize flour and oil and make a soft dough with the help of water, rest the dough for 15minute.
STEP 2.Roll the tortilla fairly thin. Prick the tortilla by using fork. This will help to prevent puffing during deep frying. Fry the tortilla from both side in medium hot oil till it become golden brown.
STEP 3.Cut all the three bell pepper and tomatoes into small pieces. Boil corn and peas. Boil rajma in cooker and mashed it.. Add 1table spoon oil in kadai add fine chopped tomatoes. Saute them for 3-4minute. Add salt, chilli flakes, organo, mashed rajma. Add fine chopped green coriander.
STEP 4.Cook all the three shimla mirch for 2-3minute. Then add boiled corn, green peas, 1/2teaspoon organo, 1/2teaspoon salt, tomato sauce,jeerapowder , lemon juice. Add chopped green coriander.
