1/2 teaspoon Olive oil
1/4 Nos Finely chopped onion -
1-1.25 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1/4 Large jalapeno, seeded and chopped
0.08 cup Chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1/4 teaspoon Dried oregano
0.06-0.13 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 cup Chicken Broth
0.38 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1.75 ounce Chopped green chiles, mild or medium
3/4 cup corn cobs only
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/4 cup shredded cheese ( mix )
1/4 tablespoon Cornstarch
1/4 Lime juiced
As required Salt and pepper

Cooking Directions
STEP 1.Heat up a large pot over medium heat and saute the onions, garlic, jalapenos, and cilantro in the large soup pot.
STEP 2.Add the dried spices. Next, add the chicken to the pot. Simmer whole chicken breasts in the broth for 18-20 minutes, until they are cooked through.
STEP 3.Either chop or shred the chicken breasts.
Add the corn. Stir in the corn, chopped chicken, sour cream, cheese, and lime juice.
Cooking Tips
Boil the spices and herbs along with the chicken, so that it can absorb the flavours.
Try to use fresh corn cobs instead of canned ones.
