Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large skillet.
  • STEP 2.In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • STEP 3.Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
  • STEP 4.Stir in the taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.In a separate bowl, prepare the cornbread mix according to package instructions.
