  • 1/2 pound Pork cubed into 1" pieces, i used boneless pork sirloin chops, but pork shoulder is good as well
  • 3/4 Cloves garlic minced
  • 0.13 Yellow onion diced small
  • 1/4 Red bell pepper chopped small, green bell pepper works as well
  • 1/4 ounce 29 can whole tomatoes
  • 0.13 cup 4 ounces green chile roasted, peeled and chopped small, frozen or canned is fine also
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 0.03 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 0.13 teaspoon Kosher salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.13 cup Beef broth
  • 1/4 Tbsp Fresh parsley
