It's a mexican type plate. Lot's of veggies and kidney beans made full of protein plate. Cheese given creamy test like mexican hotpot fondue. Very tasty tangy, spicy creamy one pot meal.my family favourite plate.

Take a pan poured in to 3glass water than add 2cup basmati rice add half tab spoon oil nd salt .boil it only 7minute than draining the water .let it cool down 30 minutes. Our semi cook rice ready.
STEP 2.Now make 3 tomatoes grevy in mixee than take a pan pour in to oil n and butter add onions, 1tab spoon ginger garlic paste, green chilly cooked 2mini high flame than add tomato grevy add all spices, salt , boiled kidney beans, potato dices cook 2minutes than add all
STEP 3.Veggies, Sauce red chilly nd tomatoes, Mexican Masala, than cook it 2minutes Now thick constitancy add cooked rice mix well ND place in middle part for cheese fondue. Off the gas flame. After melting cheese garnish coriander leaves
