STEP 1.In a wok heat oil and butter. Add crushed garlic cloves and saute for sometimes.
STEP 2.Add finely chopped onion and saute until onion turns translucent. Add tomato puree and saute until oil separates.
STEP 3.Add red chili powder, dhania jeera powder, black pepper powder, sugar, red chili flakes, oregano and tomato ketchup. Mix well.
STEP 4.Add chopped green, red and yellow bell pepper, American corn kernels and cooked rajma beans.
STEP 5.Add splash of water if mixture seems dry.
STEP 6.Add boiled rice and salt and mix well.
STEP 7.Cook for couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and some processed cheese.
STEP 8.Serve Mexican fried rice with some nachis
