Fresh from the garden is my absolute favorite but even when we have to get ours from our local grocery store its still delicious. Everyone has their favorite ways to cook corn on the cob but this recipe for mexican corn on the cob is a rendition from eatingwell. Com its a little healthier, but still very tasty. Dont get me wrong, i love traditional corn on the cob with a little butter and salt, but this is a great way to change things up a little.
