Ingredients for Methi Thepla Recipe

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Bajari flour
  • 1 tablespoon Gramflour
  • 100 gram Fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 1 tablespoon White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Salt

Directions: Methi Thepla Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a cup of wheat flour, and add a spoon of turmeric powder,  red chilli,  coriander powder, garam masala, salt, ginger garlic paste and white sesame seeds.  knead them and add 2 spoons of jaggery,  oil and curd. Use your hands and make a dough. Add water as required. Add the fenugreek chopped leaves and make a dough.
  • STEP 2.Let the  dough set for 20 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Knead it finely. And add some oil at the end.
  • STEP 4.Make small balls and roll with your hands. Roll them in the shape of roti
  • STEP 5.Make parathas of the balls.
  • STEP 6.Take a pan and oil the pan and cook the parathas on both sides. Apply oil on both sides.
