A simple healthy paratha recipe prepared from a combination of wheart flour and bajra flour. Combined with fenugrek leaves and spices. Pan fried and serve with curd.
STEP 1.Take a cup of wheat flour, and add a spoon of turmeric powder, red chilli, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, ginger garlic paste and white sesame seeds. knead them and add 2 spoons of jaggery, oil and curd. Use your hands and make a dough. Add water as required. Add the fenugreek chopped leaves and make a dough.
STEP 2.Let the dough set for 20 minutes.
STEP 3.Knead it finely. And add some oil at the end.
STEP 4.Make small balls and roll with your hands. Roll them in the shape of roti
STEP 5.Make parathas of the balls.
STEP 6.Take a pan and oil the pan and cook the parathas on both sides. Apply oil on both sides.
