Everyone likes pulao, if we make it with a little twist, then by adding seasonal vegetables, we can make it even more flavourful, tasty and nutritious, I have made this pulao in the same way.
STEP 1.️1...Heat ghee in a thick bottom pan or wok, now add all the standing spices (pepper, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon ) now add ginger garlic paste and fry lightly, now add onions and fry
STEP 2.️2... Now add peas and cook on low flame for 1 minute, now add tomatoes and cook it till it melts, now add fenugreek bhaji, salt and fry lightly, add half the paneer and save half, now add rice, mix well with a spoon and cover for 1 minute. Cook
STEP 3.️3..Now add garam masala and sprinkle water lightly and cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes so that the taste of fenugreek bhaji comes throughout the rice
STEP 4.4...Mix the rice with light hands, garnish with the remaining paneer and serve with hot chutney, raita.
