  • 1/2 cup Methi
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • as required Oil
  • as required Red chilli powder

Directions: Methi Prantha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl. Add flour and methi amd mix well
  • STEP 2.Add spices and water and knead a soft dough.
  • STEP 3.Take some portion and make Parantha.
  • STEP 4.Heat a tawa. Add Parantha on it.
  • STEP 5.After 1 min, flip off.
  • STEP 6.Crisp on both sides.
  • STEP 7.Its ready. Serve with curd.
