Ingredients for Methi - Parantha. Recipe

  • 1/10 nos Methi leaves - bundle.
  • 0.80 nos Wheat Atta - tbsp.
  • 1/5 nos Besan - tbsp.
  • 1/10 nos Red chilli - teaspoon.
  • 1/10 nos Dhaniya powder - teaspoon.
  • 1/20 nos Turmeric powder - teaspoon.
  • 1/20 nos Garam masala - teaspoon.
  • 1/5 nos Green chilli - (optional) .
  • As required Salt - To taste.
  • As required Water - For kneading Atta.
  • As required Oil - for frying.

Directions: Methi - Parantha. Recipe

  • STEP 1.Pick out leaves from the stem & wash thoroughly.Drain all the water from the leaves & chop them finely.Now take a bowl & add atta,besan,all spices,green chilly,salt & chopped methi leaves in it.Then pour little-little water to make a nice Dough.Then make 5 -6 balls of equal size with the dough.Now using a rolling-pin make round or triangle Shaped parantha's & fry them on Tawa 1 by 1 using 2 teaspoon of oil.Serve hot with kadhi or tomato sauce.
