STEP 1.Pick out leaves from the stem & wash thoroughly.Drain all the water from the leaves & chop them finely.Now take a bowl & add atta,besan,all spices,green chilly,salt & chopped methi leaves in it.Then pour little-little water to make a nice Dough.Then make 5 -6 balls of equal size with the dough.Now using a rolling-pin make round or triangle Shaped parantha's & fry them on Tawa 1 by 1 using 2 teaspoon of oil.Serve hot with kadhi or tomato sauce.
