Ingredients for Meethi ra laadu Recipe

  • 1/10 Kg Metthi sheed
  • 1/10 Kg Almonds
  • 1/10 Kg Jaggery
  • 1/10 Kg Dry fruits
  • 2 g Green cardamom
  • 1/10 Kg Melted ghee

Directions: Meethi Ra Laadu Recipe

Meethi ra laadu

  • STEP 1.Grind a meethi sheed and almond keep by side
  • STEP 2.Grated a jaggery and keep by side
  • STEP 3.Take a kadhi add ghee in it and put on slowly flame then add methi powder Cook on slowly flame then add almond powder Cook till golden brown and add green coriander powder and dry fruits cook it some time then add greeted jaggery mix it and cool it and keep by side
  • STEP 4.Make a equal size laddu and keep it in cool places and served in meal
