STEP 1.At first marinate the chicken with whole fenugreek leaves, onion paste ginger paste garlic paste yoga and green chilli paste, salt as required for minimum 30 minute maximum 1 hour
STEP 2.After 1 hour hit a pan with oil and add whole cumen seeds and fenugreek seeds and add the marinated chicken. At first cook in high flame for 10 min. After that load the flame and cover the chicken and cook for another 15 to 20 minute
STEP 3.Before off the gas add few fresh fenugreek leaves in the curry mixed it.. Rest for another 10 minutes. After that ready to serve this meethi chicken.
