STEP 2.Take a bowl, put besan in it, add soda and a food colour,mix well.Add water gradually.Make a batter, the batter should not too thin not too thick.If we check the batter , it should coat the spoon.Mix it with balloon whisker for 7 to 10 minutes to make it light and fluffy.keep aside.
STEP 3.Now sugar syrup.
STEP 4.Heat a pan, put water and sugar in it, boil it till sticky in consistency.Add cardamom powder.Mix well.No string should be needed , sugarsyrup should be sticky .keep aside.
STEP 5.Making of boondi
STEP 6.Heat sufficient ghee/ oil in a wok.
STEP 7.Take a boondi making zhaara , keep zhaara upon ghee with some distance.Pour besan battar on zhaara with the help of laddle, dont pour too much, pour a little little in batches, the mixture should drop in ghee/ oil Deep fry till golden and crispy.Remove from oil and transfer it to an absorbent paper.
Now mix boondi in dugar syrup, sugar syrup should luke warm at the time of mixing.
Mix well.
Boondi is ready.But for better result keep it for atleast 2 to 3 hours as it is .so that it may absorb the sugar syrup.Eat this after 2 to 3 hours.
