1/2 inch Ginger: slice into small pieces
1/2 can Shallots: a handful, sliced or youusemedium sized onion
As required Kudampuli/fish tamarind
1/4 cup Freshly scraped coconut: about 1 -1
1/4 cup Water
1/2 tablespoon Coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt: about increase or decrease depending on your taste
