  • STEP 1.Clean and marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions until golden brown.

  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and tamarind pulp. Mix well.
