1/4 pound Large seedless cucumber usually plastic wrapped; about 1 diced
1/4 Medium Red Onion Diced
0.13 cup Kalamata olives halved or quartered
0.19 cup Feta cheese crumbled. we love french feta, but any kind will do
1/2 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary Finely Chopped
1/2 tablespoon Fresh basil finely chopped
0.38 tablespoon Fresh oregano or parsley finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves don't worry about chopping these
0.06 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
