Ingredients for Maxican Tomato Rice Recipe

  • 1 Cups Rice
  • 1.50 Pieces Tomato
  • 1 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 Tbsp Sweet corn
  • 1/2 Tbsp Red bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • A Few Few coriander leaves

Directions: Maxican Tomato Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut the tomato into cubes and make its puree. Boil the sweet corn.
  • STEP 2.In a pan add butter. Once meted, add ginger garlic paste. Add sliced onions, and red bell peppers and saute. Now add tomato puree.
  • STEP 3.Add rice, water double than the rice and salt and mix well. Add chilli flakes and oregano and cook till rice is done. Cover the vessel and cook it. Keep stirring meanwhile.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
