I referred the recipe of the mawa cupcake from chef sanjeev kapoor website. They had used cashews and i used badam instead. Also to make it more exotic i filled it with orange jam and topped it with cherry coulis. I didn’t want to add any cream rather wanted to try some fruit based filling and topping. It was a huge hit at home.
